La gravim\u00e9trie est une m\u00e9thode de prospection qui permet de d\u00e9terminer des anomalies de densit\u00e9 dans le sous-sol. Ces minuscules variations, caus\u00e9es par des contrastes de densit\u00e9 des constituants de l'\u00e9corce terrestre peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9es par des lev\u00e9s gravim\u00e9triques, en utilisant des instruments extr\u00eamement sensibles.<\/p>\n<h3>Les lev\u00e9s g\u00e9ophysiques sont effectu\u00e9s avec des gravim\u00e8tres et sont toujours accompagn\u00e9s d'un lev\u00e9 topographique \u00e0 haute pr\u00e9cision.<\/h3>\n<p>Le principal int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette famille de m\u00e9thodes g\u00e9ophysiques incluant la gravim\u00e9trie \u00e9tant de rep\u00e9rer une anomalie qui peut provenir d'une valeur de densit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e (valeur de la constante trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e) par rapport \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 moyenne locale.
