Le profil du roc peut en effet \u00eatre cartographi\u00e9 \u00e0 la verticale de l'axe du barrage m\u00eame si celui-ci se trouve sous des rapides au moment de l'investigation.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h2resize\">Pour les barrages existants, la g\u00e9ophysique est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement utilis\u00e9e pour l'inspection du b\u00e9ton, la cartographie des vides, et l'\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de la construction et de l'\u00e9tat des ouvrages<\/h2>\n<p>L'inspection de la partie interne des barrages est un sujet sensible lorsque des probl\u00e8mes sont suspect\u00e9s ou constat\u00e9s de l'ext\u00e9rieur (affaissement, \u00e9coulement pr\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel, r\u00e9action alkali-granula, etc.). La diversit\u00e9 et la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes d'investigation g\u00e9ophysiques permettent d'obtenir une quantit\u00e9 importante d'information sur l'\u00e9tat des ouvrages en associant la nature et les caract\u00e9ristiques des mat\u00e9riaux aux diff\u00e9rentes probl\u00e9matiques.
